Return & Exchange Policy

At CNS, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

 
Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Seal zip code must match the code on the tag for the return to be accepted.

  • Exchanges are available for size and color changes (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are non-returnable.

  • Items with signs of wear, damage, missing tags, or mismatched seal zip codes won’t be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

  4. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

 

Shipping Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
